About

Thank you for visiting my website. I am a Professional Land Surveyor (LS 9117) in the great State of California.  I have over 19 years of experience working as a land surveyor in the private land development business.  Prior to that I studied at the University of Washington (Go Dawgs!!!) and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics.

I am proud to be a 4th generation San Diegan since birth.  When I was in grade school, my family moved to Seattle where I spent the remainder of my youth.  I still have family in both cities and am blessed to be able to call both home.  After completing college, I returned to San Diego where I found my calling as a land surveyor which has allowed me to combine my love of the outdoors with my mathematical skills.

Starting in October of 2004, I spent 10 years at Walsh Engineering & Surveying, Inc. during which time I worked throughout San Diego County. That included every city within the County as well as many of the unincorporated areas. The opportunities and guidance that I received there helped me to hone a well rounded knowledge of the private Land Development business from Planning to Construction.  I spent the majority of that time as the Survey Manager in charge of all aspects of Land Surveying with emphasis on boundary resolutions, topographic mapping, and construction staking.

In September of 2014, I partnered with Omega Engineering Consultants, Inc. to form a separate entity, Omega Land Surveying, Inc., in support of their Civil Engineering projects.  Since that time, we have worked on projects throughout California including within the Counties of Fresno, Imperial, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Placer, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo, Stanislaus, and Ventura.
